Walker's classic Rich Fruit Slab Cake is crammed full of the most delicious ingredients including succulent sultanas, cherries and currants. It’s rich taste and moist texture is a result of Walker's expert Scottish baking.
 
Ingredients - Sultanas (37%), free range whole egg, glace cherries (12%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, natural colour: anthocyanins; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: sulphur dioxide), wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk (10%), demerara sugar, currants (7%), honey, ground cinnamon, salt, barley malt extract.
