Beautifully sharp then blissfully mellow to taste. This bright red  infusion is superbly warming and fruity and redolent of rhubarb crumble. A refreshing and unique tipple for true infusion.
 
Brewing: Use freshly boiled water and one bag per person. Some like it removed after 3 minutes while others prefer it to infused beyond 5 minutes. Experiment to find the strength that suit your taste.
